Partner Pricing Terms and Conditions for AIM Short Course Partnerships and Accredited Partnerships for Vocational Qualification Training.
General Terms
AIM Partner Pricing
There are two types of AIM Partner Pricing:
- Short Course Partnerships - provides the Client with access to AIM Short Courses and Mini MBA’s limited to the number as defined by the Partner Pricing Inclusions outlined in the Commercial Details.
- Accredited Partnerships - provides the Client with access to AIM Vocational Qualifications limited to the number as defined by the Partner Pricing Inclusions outlined in the Commercial Details.
- Mini MBA programs are not available in the Partner 5 pack.
- Postgraduate Microcredentials are capped at 1 per individual. Upon completion of a Postgraduate Microcredential participants are able to use this as a credit to transfer into a Graduate Certificate or MBA program.
Bookings
- AIM reserves the right to change the scope of available AIM Programs at any time.
- AIM may determine which AIM Programs are available as part of the AIM Partner Pricing and how many seats in a scheduled AIM Program are available based on occupancy capacity and mix of cohort.
- Partner Pricing bookings are available for courses that commence prior to the Expiry Date outlined in the Commercial Details. Any AIM Programs not consumed within the Expiry Date are forfeited and non-refundable.
- Group bookings can be accommodated subject to availability. Bookings can be made through the AIM customer service team by email partnerpack@aim.com.au.
- All booking amendments or cancellations for a particular AIM Program can be made through the AIM customer service team up until (10) business days before the commencement of the relevant course date.
- If an AIM Program booking is cancelled within 10 days of course commencement or the booked participant fails to show, the booking will be deemed as delivered and one AIM Program consumed.
Qualification Bookings
- Partner Pricing qualification bookings are available for six (6) months from the Commencement Date outlined in the Commercial Details. Any AIM Qualifications not enrolled within the 6-month period are non-refundable.
- All enrolment amendments or cancellations for an AIM Qualification can be made through the AIM Partner Pricing team up until 5 days after enrolment.
- If an AIM Qualification enrolment is withdrawn more than 5 days after commencement, the booking will be deemed as delivered and one AIM Qualification consumed.
- If a student does not complete the qualification/course they are enrolled in within the standard allocated course timeframe, the student may request a 30 calendar day course extension. The maximum extension period offered by AIM is 3 months. An additional fee of $200 will be charged per 30 calendar days of extension granted. Students will be required to complete and submit an Extension Application Form one month prior to their course end date.
Restrictions
- Complimentary Online Courses are not included within AIM Partner Pack subscriptions
- Academy Xi Elevate Online programs are not included in AIM Partner Pack subscriptions
- Vocational Qualifcation Microcredentials are not included within AIM Partner Pack subscriptions
- Maximum of 1 Postgraduate Microcredential enrolment per participant. Upon completion of a Postgraduate Microcredential participants are able to use this as a credit to transfer into a Graduate Certificate or MBA program.
- Qualification enrolments made via Partner Pricing are not eligible for the AIM Gold Card
- Staff to be enrolled within 6 months of purchase. Programs to be completed within 18 months of enrolment.
Fees and Payments
- The Client agrees to pay AIM the AIM Partner Pricing Fee as outlined in the Commercial Details before AIM Programs can be booked.
- AIM will issue a Tax Invoice to the Client and the Client will pay the Fees set out in the invoice, in accordance with the Payment Terms.
- AIM Partner Pricing payments are non-refundable unless AIM is found to be in breach of clause 18.
Obligations
- AIM will ensure that the AIM Programs:
- are performed with due care and skill and in a timely and professional manner consistent with generally accepted industry practice; and
- comply with all applicable laws, regulations and professional standards.
