Time Commitment
Study duration is dependent on your existing skills and experience. Typically, to complete within the specified course duration, it is recommended that students commit an approximately 12 hours towards study per week.
Assessments
All 10 units of competency are required to be completed for this qualification.
Within the AIM assessment model, competency is demonstrated by completing a range of tasks such as video submissions and answering knowledge questions.
Students should contact the RTO for options including any RPL or credit transfers. This program has been designed to accommodate working professionals. Accordingly, all mentored development and assessments are conducted in a way that is mindful of an appropriate work-life balance. There will be practical workbooks for you to complete with a client.

Additional Information
Entry requirements
To be eligible for enrolment at AIM into the 11291NAT Diploma of Professional Coaching qualification you must:
- have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- a high level of communication skills developed through experience in management or a development role
- be 18 years of age or older at the time of enrolment be technologically literate and have access to Microsoft Office suite or equivalent
- have continuous internet access
- have a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number (you can receive a USI or check if you already have one by visiting here)
- have the ability to read and write English and display numeracy skills to at least Year 11 level (or equivalent)

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
