National Salary Survey (NSS) purchasers received their latest update in October with AIM’s research team honing in on staff retention trends across Australia. The release of AIM’s Staff Retention Report, as part of the NSS October update, showed small & medium sized businesses recording the highest resignation rates.
AIM Professional and Corporate Select Members now have access to a new series of Learning Journeys designed to build management and leadership capability. Launching today in Leadership Direct, Australia’s largest online management database, is six new Learning Journeys targeting vital skills for managers and leaders to grow and develop.

In Brisbane we are preparing for the relocation of the AIM Campus to Level 16, 40 Creek Street, Brisbane.
