Sebastian Ioppolo
Sebastian has a strong industry background with over 26 years of experience in a constantly evolving corporate environment. As a result, he developed extensive management experience, gaining a valuable insight and understanding of various roles, functions, culture and politics of a changing business world. His experience also includes international business and trade roles which has contributed to his unique blend of expertise in management in both local and international environments. 

Kerrie Yates
Kerrie has been a facilitator and assessor for over 15 years. She has extensive experience in working with industries from both the public and private sectors including health, local government, transport, telecommunications, automotive, federal and state government agencies, media and retail. Kerrie's background in industrial relations and human resources and her training as a mediator has provided Kerrie with skills and knowledge that enables her to work with clients to develop programs and strategies to meet the needs of their organisation.
