Kerry Anne Cassidy
Kerry Anne is a motivated and energetic facilitator, coach, public speaker and program developer with international exposure, having worked and lived in both Africa and Australia. She has been invited to train all over Africa and has successfully implemented substantial customer service and management implementations in large companies in both countries. Kerry Anne has over 17 years' experience in coaching, training and assessment, personal development, management, sales and customer service across a range of industries including retail, automotive, construction, transport, logistics, education, government, mining, healthcare, energy and the telecommunication sector.

Suzanne Loubris
Suzanne has over 15 years’ experience in training and development both internationally and within Australia. She is a specialist in emotional intelligence and works across all organisational levels, from managing directors to frontline staff. She guides organisations through behavioural change. Her goal for any session is that participants leave with new perspectives toward their work and life, and new or enhanced behavioural skills. Suzanne also works with groups in the areas of conflict resolution, and with individuals in the areas of coaching and counselling.
