Three New Short Courses
AIM is pleased to announce the launch of three new Short Courses, two from the Faculty of Leadership and Strategy as well as one from the Faculty of Communication:
Building High Performance Teams examines the dynamics of teams in the workplace and the role of a leader in creating, nurturing, and maintaining a performance-based culture. You will learn practical tools for setting team goals, establishing performance measures, and building a collaborative mindset.
Coaching for High Performance provides you with practical skills in coaching your team members to achieve their goals and consistently operate in a state of optimal performance. With proven coaching frameworks, you will learn to give meaningful feedback, guidance, and support to your staff.
Presenting with Impact empowers participants to create and deliver effective presentations. With a focus on proven delivery techniques and the opportunity to practice your skills, you will learn to define the purpose of your presentation, finesse and refine your message, and tailor it to best suit your audience.
All three courses are presently being offered at our five campuses across Australia: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Caberra, and Adelaide.
