Leadership Outlook Series 2017 Victoria Wrap Up
Over the past month we have been delighted to host three of AIM’s Leadership Outlook Series events across the state in Bendigo, Geelong and Melbourne. This year’s series focused on High Performing Teams. The practical and interactive workshops were facilitated by Phil Crenigan FAIM, leading executive coach from Executive Turning Point Pty Ltd.
Throughout the sessions Phil armed attendees with strategies, surveys, tips and tools for developing high performing teams and increasing employee engagement which they were able to take back and implement in their workplaces. Attendees also worked together and shared experiences in a group activity aimed to highlight the positive traits of high performing teams and the negative/dysfunctional traits of poor performing teams.
To close each event, we hosted panel session featuring local members. Our expert panellists shared insights on their own high performing teams and provided advice on topics such as leading millennials, balancing friendship with colleagues, authenticity and challenging team members.
We’d like to say a big thank you to all our fantastic panellists;
Paul Green FAIM, CEO, CVGT Australia
Rebecca Glover FAIM, Chief Financial Officer, World Vision Australia
Geoff Hutchinson FAIM, Leadership Consultant
Cathy McDonald FAIM, Chief Executive, Kardinia Health
Catherine Stock-Haanstra FAIM, Director, PIER Marketing
Kate Timms FAIM, Finance Manager, RSD Chartered Accountants
Thank you also to all our members and guests who attended, Phil our wonderful facilitator and to our Regional Advisory Committees in Bendigo and Geelong for their support.
