Use it don't lose it – How to transfer your learning into action
Whether you are learning a new sport, learning to drive or learning to cook you know you have to practice if you are going to be any good at it. For learning to be effective, it has to be underpinned by lots of practice and personal experience. Once you have completed your course we recommend you meet with your manager and discuss how they can help support you put your new skills into practice.
