AIM wins Gold!

The Australian Institute of Management (AIM) is delighted to announce that it was awarded the Gold Medal in the recent inaugural Human Capital Top 5 Reader Survey. The category in which AIM achieved this national award was in "career development & training".

The magazine surveyed their 85,000 readers and from the responses and it is clear that service is the main issue that separates service providers across the five key fields included in the survey.

The winners of the awards were the deemed to be the best of the best by the readers who voted. The following were some of the reasons given for the selection: constant improvements to products, services offered, detailed knowledge of client industry and cost-effective, tailored solutions.

Commenting on the award, Bruce Rathie, Executive Director of the Australian Institute of Management said, "At AIM we are in regular communication with our members and course participants and it is clear from their feedback that they value our flexible learning options. Our range of service offerings includes open programs, short courses and seminars, as well as organisational learning and blended/e-learning… given the skills shortage, there's a real demand to improve people's management skills."
